No urine test at my appointments?

Question

I am 27 weeks along and so far never had my urine tested at any of my prenatal appointments.😳
I remember with my first 3 pregnancies having my urine tested at every visit ( different doctors  office). 
Is this because things changed now where they don't take urine samples anymore? Or is it an overlook by my gynaecologist that I should being up?

You should have urine tests done at every appointment... I have them done at each appointment. Definitely worth bringing up at your appointment just in case!

I only did them if they suspected a UTI for some reason. My midwife practice is pretty hands off if everything seems to be going well.

My midwife has me pee in a cup and test it with a strip myself every appointment. It tests for protein, I think glucose, white blood cells, and something else, but I don't remember :P
If one of the squares comes up the wrong color, I tell her and she decides what to do based on that

Every time I walk I the place I have to leave them urine. Even just for labs.

I dont get my urine tested at the birth center I go to. I wouldnt mind if they made me, but hey, one less thing I have to do! Haha

I don't know about every appointment but not having done any yet is pretty weird and you might wanna bring it up. I'm 31 weeks and I've done about 2, just cus there are no real concerns yet.

You're supposed to have them at every one. I have left urine at every appointment I was at. I mean it isn't something they test and give me results of at all (since everything is looking fine I guess) but they always make me leave some.
