I don't want to be outta control. .
I'm 5 weeks almost 6 and I'm 5'6 185lbs I really wish I could lose weight because I feel huge already. My last pregnancy I was 174 the day I gave birth.. and got back down to a size 8.. i just got lazy being a stay at home mom .. I'd like some ideas on how I can keep my weight down and still be healthy enough for my baby.. thank you :)
