what does actual labor contractions feel like?

What kind did you have? I heard you can feel cramp like ones and then feeling you have to poop. I keep having pressure sometimes it hurts really badly while my stomach tightens, I am just so nervous that I would not know I am having any. I am 1cm dilated and 100 percent thinned out and baby is stationed at a 0. So she is pretty low so I was wondering if it's just her pushing down, and not contractions sorry I am a ftm. And just so nervous about not knowing when labor is here.
