Overly Sensitive Nipples.. Afraid to breastfeed

I know some women have mentioned pain issues or chafing nipples.. I'm not worried about the pain at all, but I have always had a problem with my nipples being too sensitive. To the point where I always have to have on a bra, sports bra, or a tight fitting shirt that won't brush up against them. I can barely touch them myself, and hubby has just about given up on them too because he can't touch them. I really want to breast feed, I just don't want it to be uncomfortable. I literally can't stand them being touched but I'm hoping breastfeeding won't be terrible experience.😔
