Am I over reacting??

So, I'm laying in bed and I wake up to find my fiancé looking at this link I guess off of Facebook of this supermodel posting nudes on Snapchat (picture below) and when I confront him about it he completely denies the whole thing, quickly clicks off the link and swears to me he wasn't on it, cursing me out and just straight up lying to me. I'm feeling more insecure & sensitive than usual because I'm five months pregnant. I tried to come out of the room but he doesn't let me speak and he just grabs me by my arms and moves me back in the room. I'm really upset that he couldn't just be honest to me.
