leg numbness/pain...anyone?
Whenever I lay down in bed to go to sleep, my legs start to go numb and if they are touched or if I move the sheets on them, I get this pain that I can't even describe. I rea that this is restless leg syndrome. Does anyone else experience this? Sometimes it even moves into my arms.
