Getting out of bed...πŸ˜‚

As much as I'd rather spend my life sleeping, unfortunately life (and baby squeezing my bladder) forces me to climb out of bed here and there.
At 24 weeks (today! 😊) I'm finding it harder and harder to get out of's like every time I do I pull muscles in my thigh or hear bones crack where I didn't realize I had bones (no pain luckily).
It's annoying because while upright I'm still running around, jogging up and down stairs, heavy lifting, etc. without complaint...then at night I'm in bed making dying whale noises. πŸ˜’
How do you cope with this? I find rolling myself off helps the most because my bed is a nice height...but I'm worried for when my bump comes in bigger.
