Frustrated...I'm late

So I'm late on day 50 of my cycle and normally start my period between 28 to 30 days. All my test have been negative. I went to the doctor and they did a urine test and it was negative they said they won't do a blood test til I am a week late of the second month. I have had 3 miscarriages and know when I was this late before it was because I am pregnant. Do I bug the doctor about a blood test or keep waiting.
