Blister on labia but NOT an STD?

Jade
I'm very very frustrated right now and I really need some help.
I went to the emergency room last night because I noticed blisters all over my left labia minora, and it was causing excruciating pain every time I peed and showered. They examed me (they didn't do a pelvic exam because I am on my period) and even decided to do cultures on them. There was two doctors and two nurses, and I told all of them multiple times the honest truth, which is that I have never had sex or any sexual contact with anyone ever in my life. I know it's hard to believe that a 18 year old girl in 2017 is a virgin, but I'm not ashamed to admit that I am. I feel no shame in that.
Well, the male doctor came in and basically told me that he didn't believe me and diagnosed me with herpes and has me on medication for it. I told him again that I'm a virgin and there is no way that I could have gotten a STD, and he told me that theorietically I still could have gotten herpes without having sex, even if the cultures say that it's not herpes. He basically just assumed that I was lying to him and won't believe that it's anything except for a STD.
I'm very frustrated and I'm in a lot of pain. What would you guys do? And do you have any idea what this could be that's happening to me?
