I'd like to start cutting out breads/pasta a little. So I need ideas on how to spice ya veggies/fruits!?
Secondly if I did that's going to make me more hungry because as we know starchy stuff makes ya fuller.
Or how to pack ya smoothies more so I stay fuller longer, and since I have those health issues should I stay away from making a protein shake a meal replacement??
