Going back to work.

I'm a FTM. I've basically been out of work since around 10-11 weeks, I'm currently 24 weeks. I was just wondering : at what point did you go back to work? I've been offered my job back after my son is born & my mom would be watching him while I worked. How long did you wait to go back??
