crazy weight gain only 5 wks 5 days
So this is my 7th pregnancy (4 earth side) and this pregnancy it seems like it doesn't matter what I do or how healthy I eat the lbs are sticking to me. Like I'm talking 15 lbs in about two weeks. I know we bloat but I feel like this is really excessive and I'm a little worried as I've been pregnant where I've gotten gestational diabetes and gained about 80lbs. Which I worked really hard to lose. I was 165 starting this pregnancy and I'm already 180lbs. Any tips or comments please! Diet ideas? Low impact workouts? What worked for you?
