mommies pls help!! 🙏🙏

I am 10 weeks and last day i just dis a mistake like i just drag the 30-40kg table out of my house in the trash and lift the chairs qnd throw them out afterwards i was so scared pf loosing lmy pregnancy! Can you please help is it all right? I dont bleeding or severe cramps uptill now but i am so much worried! Is it fine because i was diagnosed by the small hemmorhage in the uterus! Please help i will appreciate
