I have known my partner for EIGHT YEARS (been friends longer than we've been partners, and will be married in a couple years) and I STILL experience this all the time. In fact, I'm beside myself right now because I just learned I am only seeing him once in the next nine days.....wah!!!! 😭😭😭

Is it separation anxiety or is it just missing him? Missing him is normal. Separation anxiety is an actual diagnosable mental health issue.

I live with my husband & when he goes to work on the daily I get separation anxiety 😂

Anxiety is like that disorder that everyone claims to have just because they get nervous or anxious sometimes. People who actually have the disorder don't go around claiming that shit because it's terrible.
