lost my dog

My dog ran away on the 28th. He got out because my Husky like to poke thru the fence, so now my husband is blaming me because she's more my dog and Kratos (the one that ran away) was here first. I'm so upset that he's gone. But Luna (my Husky) is having anxiety. She's acting out and whining to come in every time I let her her out. I feel like leaving her outside is going to put her into a depression. I JUST NEED ADVICE!! Please help 😪
