Missed af

AF was supposed to come friday but still nothing...my period has always always been on time and always 2 days before first thing in the morning. Im on the same cycle as my best friend and a girl at work they have both gotten of theirs already. My boobs are killing me and I've had random puking and nausea. Took a test this morning and it was negative. Could it just be to early?! Help please
