33 Weeks Pregnant & Bleeding

I'm high risk & been bleeding on and off through out my pregnancy. I've been placed on maternity leave due to me calling off so much. I been on bedrest ever since. I constantly spot and everytime i go to the hospital it's the same thing. My cervix is friable and bleed on its own. And that it may be preterm labor and get sent home. Been to 3 different hospitals. I'm spotting tonight but a lil heavier and had cramping. But i don't want to go back to the hospital for hours just to be told the same thing for the 5th time and sent home. Please help what should i do and what does it mean for me to be bleeding this later in my pregnancy.
