Had a d&e 11 weeks ago from a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks pregnant and been waiting for af to show.. My levels just hit zero two weeks ago I'm hoping this means my body is going back to normal finally... Having very strong left sided pelvic pain...anyone else body ovulate exactly two weeks after level hit zero?
