child help

What st do if all you child does is cry that he wants to go home or for his grandma whenever you guys are out I try to ignore it but he's so bad sometimes and he'll just keep crying and crying I do time outs I do spankings and all he ever does is cry to go home and for my mom when he's not getting his way they have him so spoiled I don't know what to do anymore I hardly ever go home anymore just to sleep then I get up and go
