Anyone else bigger second pregnancy at 8 weeks???

So I have a question. I am about 7 or 8 weeks pregnant. I cleary already look pregnant. This will be my 2nd. But I am just wondering if that is bad? I know gaining weight for a baby is very important but I am wondering if I should have already gained this much? Still waiting to get into see a dr. They wouldn't give me a first appt until they had a positive blood test. Is anyone else going through the same or have been before??? Should I be worried about this or am I just over thinking it? I appreciate anyone who can help me with this : ) Also I am very bloated. I'm bloated on an empty stomach. But the scale doesn't lie either lol
