switching from breast to pumped milk

My baby girl is 5 weeks old and I have been EBF with the exception of giving my pumped milk 2-3 times in the last week.

Everytime I want to pump every 2-3 hours she also wants to nurse so I for the last 3 days I have been only able to pump for one session while she was taking her afternoon nap. So how do I make the tranistion to just pumping but then keep up with her nursing too ?
