None. Just warm water and clean hands. No need for soap internally as the vagina cleans itself. Hence why we discharge.

Personally, I use warm water, a washcloth and wipe down there- everything, between every crack and crevice. Then I moisturize with coconut oil. Not inside, but outside. Leaves it soft, leaves it smelling nice, doesn't mess with your pH and is completely natural. 👍🏻 I don't moisturize everyday though, because that's a breeding ground for bacteria, so maybe 2-3 times a week I will, and then I'll pat myself dry.
