Thoughts on where to put this tattoo?

I have this tattoo in mind for my sister. It's so special to me and I really want it. In the photo it's on this Girls back but I don't want it that big. I want it as a small tattoo I'm thinking maybe ankle or something? Do any of you have ideas of where it will look good? X

You won't get that kind of detail if it's small. It needs to be that big or only a little smaller for it to look right. Otherwise it will just look like spots and it won't look good.

Also the fairy dust part, those tiny little marks, will probably bleed and blur a little bit over time.  It won't be completely distorted or anything but it won't be that clear and defined either.
