My body is weird and I'm freaked out 😨

I started on birth control feb 14th I had sex the 24th of March he came in me and no period but pregnancy test say not pregnant.... I'm so confused on wtf is going on with my body.....thankfully on the 14th of this month I'll be going to the OB/GYN I'm gonna ask for a pregnancy test to see what's up with me. But is this normal ladies? Also too I have extremely thick white discharge no break through bleeding tho after having sex because I'm not pregnant I guess.. all I know is that I'm freaked out and stressed about this..
