cum spot on pjs no sex help

So I know I'm not pregnant have got my periods in time and the normal darkness and length. Some times shorter from the pill. But I have posted before and got nasty comments. And I do have anxiety so dec I had possible cum on my pjs. And than started to freak out and thought omg I'm gonna get pregnant. And I never have had intercourse at all. But than freaked my self out so much I took a blue dye and it came with this very very tiny skinny line which u could barley see. The paper said for a true positive be a same thickness and color and it wasn't. Also two doctors when I was sick took a pee test and I took a ton and pink dye also and all negitive. So any help nice comments are appreciated. I am seeing a therapist and she does know about it. And am on my period 4 out of seven day normal period. What is with blue dyes doing taht. And I know I can't get pregnant from stuff on my pants so please help me out.
