cramping??

I was due 3/24 but according to glow i was due for af 3/28 but still no period....it's been a week im having these light period type cramping mostly at night when im on bed or mostly when im in need to pee i have these cramps does anybody ever experience this?do u guys know whatx going on? Thanku in advance...n yeah i took test 5 days ago on 28th n it was nagetive😕
