You or your child?!

I am allergic to pineapple and was just eating it(I'm not pregnant but I love pineapple I know stupid I wasn't allergic till after I had my daughter) my bf seen me eating it and asked me a random question and it got me thinking.

He asked me... "if you were pregnant and had a very bad allergic reaction to pineapple and they tell you, you have to pick you or the baby what would you do?" Now that thought has come through my mind before when I was pregnant with my son and I always said I would save him, samething with my daughter. But when I was asked again I froze and said "idk what I would do" in all honesty I want to say my child but then I got to thinking about my other 2 could I leave them motherless? I don't know why this time it's any different then the first 2. I feel awful not being able to decide; I should always pick my child but this time I didn't know what to say.

What would you do?
