Low Follicle Count & starting Clomid

I recently found out I only have 3 follicles between both ovaries....doc gave us a 30% chance to conceive on our own with Clomid & 30% chance for IUI & 60% chance for IVF. We decided to attempt 3 rounds of Clomid then will decide if IUI or IVF is the route for us. Just curious if anyone has been in this situation & what the outcome was? Success with Clomid & low follicle count? Success with IUI & low follicle count? Success with IVF & low follicle count? I'm really struggling with my emotions & any information would be appreciated!
