Back problems after giving birth?

Anyone deal with severe back problems after having their baby? What was wrong what did you do?

I had fractured my tailbone while giving birth, so my tailbone hurt for about a year.

After birth my back hurts every other day went I bend to pick up something or sometimes it just hurt.. I got the epidural so maybe that's why..

I have personally never given birth but my sister has two children and has told me that her back hurt for awhile after having them!

My hurts still my daughter is two and half I've went it physical therapy and just recently I have gotten some shots -trigger shots-and it's relieved the pain. I have allotted three the year.

They also told me that doing the little things like bending down wrongly can cause more pain. I've caught myself doing that changing that act has helped. And also taking breaks when needed. Good luck 🍀
