2nd pregnancy feelings

So I may be being miserable / cynical but is anyone kinda less excited about a second pregnancy? I'm currently 9-10 weeks and have a four year old and even though this pregnancy was planned I've been there done that and I'm not excited for much maybe like the first time ? I don't know if it's because I'm worried about gender again ( I long for a girl) or what ? Anyone been feeling like this ?

P.s my partners first pregnancy (biologically) and constant disagreements about everything to do with the pregnancy and baby already to the point I don't even want to talk about the baby together. When it's mentioned it annoys me. — feeling confused.
