I am not sure I am drinking enough water everyday! What is a good amount when preggo?

Well, the placenta takes about 80oz a day. I drink 110oz.

Personally I am for 100, but I feel good with myself if I hit 80. If I don't, my body let's me know that I need more.

My OB recommends 100oz or half your weight in oz, whichever is greater. To support amniotic fluid and hydrating your muscles as they stretch.
For example, 250lbs=125oz

You need 2.3L minimum in the 1st trimester and a gallon daily during your 2nd and 3rd trimesters. You need to drink a gallon after you deliver especially if breastfeeding....but even if you aren't your body needs proper hydration and nutrition to heal well
