what do BH actually feel like?

I'm 30 weeks into my 2nd pregnancy. I'm not sure if I've ever had Braxton hicks contractions, what do they actually feel like? I know they say tightening but I never even noticed the tightening with normal contractions when in labor with my daughter 🤔

Honestly I don't feel mine, I only know it's happening if I'm laying down my belly gets rock hard & a weird shape for a couple seconds . I only notice them if I poke my belly

I always described them as the feeling when a blood pressure cuff tightens on your arm.  You feel it getting tighter, it's maybe uncomfortable or more noticeable for a second, then you feel it release.
