Okay. I was on the depo shot for a year well I've been off of it for a little over a year now and me and my other have been ttc my periods were all messed up like skipping a month or 2 in a row well last 4 months my periods are regular now (so happy about that!) Any suggestion on helping or advise? Or anything really? Thank you!
