ovulating and pregnancy after a d&c???

Hey ladies I had a d&c march 3rd due to severe medical problems with my baby boy...it has been about a month maybe more since I had it done. I'm waiting for my period to start so I can get the depo provera shot by Last Thursday me and hubby got drunk and we did the deed and we completely forgot and he went in me twice. I took an ovulation test to see if I was ovulating and still highly fertile and immediately I got a positive. Is it possible to get pregnant from that that fast?? Iv been having cramps for 2 weeks now from I'm guessing my period. I know it's early enough that I won't have symptoms or even a be able to take a hcg test right now just wondering if this happened to anyone else and ended up getting pregnant????
