I'm ready to start losing weight but it seems like every time I try to take 15 steps. I literally never have time to work out and every time I try to eat healthy I have to run out and get food. I'm a student who lives at home also babysit volunteer and work and I'm trying to find a solution because it's a problem when you go to Six Flags and you can't fit the rides anymore. Please can you help I need advice
