When is FMU???

So I'm still very new to tracking and TTC.. Now I get up every morning at 5am to make my fiance breakfast and lunch for work. So would that be my fmu? There are times when I get up in the middle of the night to pee is that my fmu? I usually lay back down for a couple hours before I have to get up for work so would then be fmu?? Ugh. I'm so confused. Any help is appreciated!

Probably your 5am one if you pee then. Try and make it after your longest break from peeing. So if you got up at 4am and peed and then woke up at 5am there wouldn't be a big enough difference.

I'll be honest, I don't think FMU works for every woman. I wake up during the night to pee, usually once around 3am. My first urine of the day - so like 6am when I wake - tends to be very diluted. I guess this is because I drink water before bed.

I've heard that second morning urine is better for some women, when you've held it for 3-4 hours :) x
