Idk if this is a "Controversy" topic but I was curious as to how many people actually believe that age is just a number?

(I made a new poll because some thought this had something to do with another post and it doesn't. I was watching and reading about the teacher and the 15 year old so the question just came to mind)

Age becomes a number when you can consent. Age is not just a number when you are a CHILD.

It depends on the context. In the context you're talking about-no, absolutely not. Adults shouldn't have sex with minors, period. But in the context of like, "I'm turning 30, my life is over", age is just a number since there's no actual difference between being 29 and 30.

If the young person is still a kid then no age isn't just a number. If they're both adults then they can do as they please. Personally I wouldn't have dated anyone more than like 5 years older than me.

My SO is a lot older than myself. I am 21 so over all legal age limits haha. I have a very old head on myself and always get asked how old I am. I act 35-40 but look 21! My age gap between my SO seems odd but when people are with us they completely understand why we are together. Despite his age we have a healthy relationship, we have been together for 4 years now. I think age is just a number.
