Vitex advice!

Hi! I came off the pill in December and have been on vitex to regulate my cycle. I tried coming off of it and had the WORST symptoms! I'm back on at half dose and eventually want to wean myself off of it. I'm scared I won't have a regular cycle if I come off completely- but have heard negative things if taken while pregnant. Any advice or experience is much appreciated!
