What would you do??

Help I don't know what to do. I tried to orgasm for 10 years and recently Im 90% sure I had a couple orgasms when I was high. My fertility doctor told me weed kills eggs. However I was also told I have a great number of follicles. So my dilemma is do I not smoke weed again and just don't orgasm ever or do I be super super selfish and smoke occasionally so I can finally get my turn to finish? Side notes I have pcos and have been trying for 1year. What would u do??
