shower sickness - anyone?!

Does anyone else feel super nauseous after taking a shower?! Every time I shower I feel so aweful afterwards- it takes me about an hour to recover! I've even started taking cooler showers and that doesn't even seem to help. Anyone else have this struggle?! Any advice?!

Yep showers and also brushing my teeth are the worst. 😷

Take a Luke warm shower, eat before, and drink some water before as well. I had this problem and doing these things really helped. Good luck.

Maybe the water is too hot? I e found that slightly cooler water and sitting down helps a lot.

I really do love this app because I am so confused about how I feel. After every activity I do I'm either tired, nauseous, vomiting, or all the above. I thought it was weird that I would feel super nauseous after a shower and brushing my teeth, it takes so much energy to do all that. Im a FTM and I'm glad other people are feeling the same and I'm not crazy these body changes are something I am not used to.

Me too especially at night after dinner I would jump to shower right away cuz I get nauseous and sleepy after eating.

Same here. I have to try and eat before. And I put my seabands back on right when I get out of the shower. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how well either of those work, because I still get sick half the time.

Yes! I used to love showers and I thought this was the strangest thing ever but I always end up vomiting in or after I have a shower 🤢
