Tips for constipation
Hi ladies hope you all are doing great! I thought I'd share this with you. In some cases of pregnancy we become constipated, if so, make yourself every morning before breakfast a pineapple and orange smoothie. Add about a cup of pineapple into the blender (i prefer mine cut into squares) it could be either fresh pineapple or frozen then add half a cup of orange juice and blend away :) hope it helps
