Curious

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past year. I started my first round of Clomid 50mg on March 13. Fast forward to last week, I started having tenderness of the breast, slight stomach cramping, nausea, everything associated with pregnancy. I'm due for my cycle tomorrow so I took an early pregnancy test on this past Monday but it said negative. Was it to early to take the test? Should I try again in a week or so?
