does this look like the start of ringworm?

I am going to my doctor about this but I'm wondering if any if you ladies had anything similar to this? It started off as a tiny red circle and now looks like this after one/two weeks. It's slightly itchy sometimes i feel a slight burning sensation. Thanks in advanced :)
