ingrown hairs

Alexandra
I'm very prone to ingrown hairs  I've been shaving ever since I found a razor in my parents bathroom at age 11 and I shaved like a little amateur not using water or any shaving cream or any of this "exfoliation" I hear people speak of and tbh my technique has not much improved now at age 16 now I'm not sure if it's my fault or some inevitable occurrence when women remove pointless hairs from all the possible areas hair may occur but ingrown hairs at the moment are  present after every time a remove hair are there any female (or male or  non binary) tips I missed out on as a young child to prevent these occurrences and so I look less like I suffer from some weird skin condition on my knees? Also I recently shaved/waxed (I gave up half way due to the pain and just shaved) my who ha or my flower or lady parts (or non binary parts just trying to be open minded) there seems to be a bump that may be an ingrown hair so I was wondering how I can remove it? Sorry this is so long 😂
