I'm 15 and like terribly overwheight

I'm 15 years old and I'm average height. I hate my body and I hate the way I look. From my double chin to my strech marks to my touching thighs to my flabby calfs and arms. Last time I checked I'm over 200 pounds. I don't like sports and the only thing I enjoy is walking. But that doesn't do much. I eat alot. Like ALOT. I eat when I'm stressed, bored, hungry, not hungry. Just all the fricking time. I want to be skinny, but I know it's never going to happen. When I was like 11-12-13-14 my mom would always grab my belly and say you need to do somthing about this and she would always tell me I'm overwheight. I hate the way I look and I don't know what to do about it considering I live food and hate sports and running.
