If someone is tachycardic are they close to having a heart attack?

When I was at hospital they said my heart was 130bpm for someone whose 18 and female, and I'd just woken up that made me tachycardic. 
I'd overdosed on antipsychotics

Not necessarily, I've had supraventricular tachycardia for nearly 7 years now. It's rare for young people but it does happen. My doctor told me that I'd most likely outgrow it in my mid 20s.. I'm 24 now so hopefully soon. I've been on a daily medication to slow my heart rate down. Just gotta take it easy!

I have 4 heart beats mine has been up to 256 bpm and they told me it's normal so not to sure x
