I see a lot women and MEN pretty much putting down women who wear makeup on social media. There is a bare face= confidence movement going on I guess. My thing is, I love makeup. I am already taken so there is no false advertisement because I don't really want anyone. I also like looking my best!! Whether it is being in tip top shape, having my hair and nails done or applying my makeup. I feel confident when I look good. I don't do it for my husband or anyone else ...I do it for ME. I love having my hair and makeup on point!!! What is up with all this makeup shaming? Who gave these ppl the authority to tell other women what to do with their faces? And also have you ever experiences men assuming that the fact that you take care of yourself and dress nicely, automatically is to attract a man? I swear, some guys really need to get OVER themselves. A lot of women like looking good period. They would still do it with a husband and kids. It's not about attracting someone.
