Pregnancy or allergies ??? HELPPP

So I have been exhausted these past few days. I have been wanting to sleep. TMI sorry.  I used to have diarrhea every morning but now I am more constipated than normal. I have been feeling bloated and yesterday had very very mild cramps and gas. My stomach has been on and off rumbling.  I also have a stuffy nose. And one minute I can be starving and the other I'm not hungry.  I also have a weird taste in my mouth. Could this be allergies or early pregnancy ??
