Insecurity affecting our relationship

So my bf has had past relationships where the gf has cheated or just kicked his ass to the curb, we've been together 16 months & he's always comparing me to his exs which is so frustrating. It's gotten so bad that I don't have any guy friends anymore, it's starting to kill our relationship. I've spoken to him so many times but it just continues. I've also had some of my exs cheat on me but I trust him & don't ever pass any comments about them or insinuate that he's like them. Help please this may be the reason I end it 😢
