baby #2 and belly bump came out of nowhere

Anyone else 14 weeks and bump just had a growth spurt? I've been bloated and then it went down a bit. Then today I've felt uncomfortable and thought perhaps it just things shifting. I've just taken off my shirt and my bump is out there and firm. I'm in shock and a bit nervous. With baby number 1 I didn't show until after 6 months. I like bumps and think they're beautiful....but all I feel is self concious
